This Catuai is grown at Finca Hartmann at about 1,300m above sea level and grows in the middle of jungle and banana trees, in a coffee plantation paradise. Finca Hartmann is run by 5 siblings, each of whom covers an area of coffee production, starting with the cultivating of the coffee plants and ending with quality control and logistics. A great example of quality-conscious, sustainable coffee production.
